About Me

I’m an integrative psychotherapist with a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Master’s in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. My own journey with therapy began during a challenging period in my life and was transformative, it helped me to reconnect with myself, build resilience, and ultimately inspired me to train as a therapist.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can bring your full self. My approach is relational and collaborative, grounded in honesty, care, and mutual respect, with a deep belief in your capacity for growth and change at your own pace.

I have experience supporting people of all ages and backgrounds with issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, sexual issues and relationship difficulties. I also have particular interest in working with young adults, and in LGBTQ+-affirming, sex and kink-positive therapy.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

LGBTQ+ Affirming & Sex-Positive Therapy
Young Adults (18+)

Navigating early adulthood can be both exciting and overwhelming. Many young people today face challenges around identity, anxiety, depression, relationships, and self-esteem. With the added pressures of social media and constant comparison, it’s easy to feel lost, lonely, or under pressure to “have it all figured out.”

I have extensive experience supporting young adults as they explore who they are, build confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, mood, relationships, or finding your place in the world, therapy can give you the space to be heard and supported without judgment.

I provide an open, inclusive, and supportive space for people of all sexualities, genders, and relationship styles. My approach is LGBTQ+ affirmative, sex-positive, and kink-aware, so you can bring your whole self into the therapy room without fear of judgment.

I have worked with clients around questions of identity, gender, and sexuality, as well as issues relating to intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being. Alongside my clinical work, my academic research has focused on sexual health and pleasure, with particular attention to women’s experiences in Ireland.
